Jennifer Moulton
Jenna comes to the practice with 20 years of experience in the healthcare business. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Business Management & Marketing. She has experience in marketing in various disciplines, has been a sought-after consultant, and has been in a leadership role for 15 years.

Felipe Olivero, CST, CFA
Mr. Olivero received his education from Thomas C Ongay School in 1980 in Puerto Rico. After working as a certified surgical technologist and first assistant, he relocated to Florida, where he worked and excelled in various local hospital rooms specializing in and coordinating their neuro and orthopedics services. Since 1992, Mr. Olivero has held National Certification as a Surgical First Assistant, specializing in only spinal deformities and fusions. He joined All Spine Care with Dr. Andrew Moulton in 2020, assisting with all clinical and surgical procedures. He is an active member of the Surgical Technologists and Surgical First Assistants association. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Mrs. Cofer
Mrs. Cofer was born and raised in the beautiful state of Florida. She graduated with honors from a Christian high school and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida before marrying her high school sweetheart. Her first career was as a guide dog trainer, teaching visually impaired clients to use a guide dog safely. A few years later, they moved to NY to pursue her graduate degree. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the New York Institute of Technology and then moved back to sunny Florida. She has experience in the spine, hands, sports, general orthopedics, and urgent care. She has been working with Dr. Moulton for over 10 years. She enjoys traveling, on the boat, at the beach, at sporting events, at church, and at home with her husband and three daughters.

Robert C. Creamer
Robert C. Creamer received his Bachelor of Arts in Pre Med studies at the University of Toledo. He completed his Physician Assistant training at Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland, Ohio. After working two years for a community hospital as an in-house Medical Staff Assistant, he elected to complete a one-year surgical residency at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. He was awarded a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, Specialty in Spine Surgery, from the University of Nebraska Medical Center School of Allied Professionals. He worked for three years in General Orthopedics. Then he chose to return to where he began his career and spent 10 years at a Cleveland Clinic-affiliated Community Hospital in the Dept. of Surgery. There he acted as a Surgical House Officer and assisted in orthopedics, neurology, general, plastics, gynecology, and vascular surgery. In 2002, he relocated to Florida, where he has worked exclusively in the field of Orthopedic Spine. He joined Dr. Andrew Moulton and the All Spine Care Team in June 2021. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has served on the board of the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Mr. Creamer is also CDR (retired) USN 2021 after serving our country as a Naval Reservist for 24 years. During his time in service, he was mobilized to Kuwait in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Nov 2004-Oct 2005; Germany to work at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center treating our wounded warriors in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, Sept 2008-Oct 2009; Naval Station Guantánamo Bay in support of Operation Noble Eagle, Dec 2017-Dec 2018; and was selected as the first Navy PA to augment the staff upon the USNS Mercy (hospital ship), during Pacific Partnership 2016. He served as the Officer-in-Charge of 206 military funerals, Nov 2016-Aug 2021.
